- Advising on a contractual joint venture between a chicken farm and a producer of bio-fuels.
- Advising various companies on their terms of business and business processes.
- Advising private equity investors on the establishment of a new company and for the purchase by the new company of assets from an administrator.
- Advising a group of hospital consultants on the establishment of a group of companies providing services to NHS bodies under the government’s choice agenda.
- Advising on the purchase of a Honda franchise.
- Advising on the sale of a company providing microwave technology to television companies including BskyB.
- Advising on the purchase of a printing business.
- Advising on the purchase of a micro-brewery, pub and restaurant business.
